FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device includes housing with inlet branch pipe for working gas and outlet branch pipe for working fluid medium. Chamber arranged inside the housing is made from elastic material and has the shape of shell in longitudinal cross section, the open side of which faces the outlet branch pipe, and connected to housing and installed in it with possibility of supplying the working gas to its external surface. Header is installed before outlet connection pipe outside the chamber so that working fluid medium can leave it, and sealing element is installed in outlet connection pipe. Chamber-to-housing connecting point is located at the distance from header, which is comparable with the chamber height. Internal cross dimension of the housing cavity is comparable with external cross dimension of the chamber.

EFFECT: providing high efficiency as to the amount of supplied working fluid medium and high reliability of the device during its storage and operation time.
