FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: device relates to hydraulic transport using gas pressure and can be used to supply both viscous and low-viscosity fluid working media, including at subzero temperature. Device includes a housing with inlet branch pipe for gas and outlet branch pipe for working fluid medium, arranged inside housing partition from elastic material in form of a shell, whose open side to outlet nozzle tightly connected to housing and separating cavity of housing into two parts, one of which is pneumatically connected with inlet branch pipe for gas, and other one is intended for arrangement of working fluid medium and communicates with outlet nozzle, in front of which there is a collector with pyrotechnic heater equipped with system actuation. In housing cavity between collector and an elastic partition is installed an insert from material capable of softening when heated and hardening when cooled, insert is installed in housing without mechanical contact with collector and to move against stop therein. Volume of insert material can be selected comparable with volume of communication for transfer of fluid working medium. Through-channels can be made in insert.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction to 10 times actuation time of device in conditions of subzero temperature and high reliability of device operation due to elimination of dependence of technical characteristics of consumer after actuation of device, primarily efficiency of use of working fluid medium, of state of communications, through which fluid working medium is transported to consumer.
