SUBSTANCE: device comprises: a metering tank with a level detector and a channel for product supply, a magnetic trap placed opposite to the specified channel and a Hall sensor placed next to it, the first sensor of dielectric permeability installed in the lower part of the tank, a unit of dehydration and filtration and the second sensor of dielectric permeability installed along with product flow; a system of product bleed and drain, comprising a pump, two three-way valves and two switching servodrives; and also a unit of measurement result processing and a display.
EFFECT: simplification and increased reliability of detection.
