SUBSTANCE: technical measured variables are identified, which together determine value of actual plant usage, request is submitted to user for input of measured variables that are related to measured variables and for record of actual condition of the present plant, reference parameter is determined, actual condition of real plant is compared with determined reference parameter, for determination of at least one measured variable, the change of value of which might increase value of plant usage, structural measures for plant improvement are identified, with the help of which value of at least one measured variable may be changed, performance of structural measures.
