FIELD: physics, computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of managing a service-oriented architecture. The service performance manager system comprises at least one communication bus, storage devices, a computer processor which comprises a service discovering module operative, an observable event measuring module, an observable event analysing module and a behaviour predicting module. The system automatically optimises resources, services and service level agreements with finer granularity and precision, while remaining steadfastly vendor neutral, allowing the service performance manager to manage many different applications and service oriented architecture platforms simultaneously.
EFFECT: monitoring and managing individual or grouped services.
