FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: method of the response deceleration to instructions of controlling power communication channels lies in saving working history during preset duration of controlling power instructions time, included in the first variety of frames accepted in one direction of the communication channel. Thereat the first variety of frames is queued before processing. Generate power controlling commands for the second variety of the frames transferred in the opposite direction of the channel, and the first and second variety of frames is packaged for subsequent processing in the form of a package for transmission. The gateway server of a wireless communication system contains the transceiver and the processing subsystem. The wireless communication test system contains the gateway server emulator and the gateway server analogue computer. The device for response deceleration to instructions of controlling power contains a resource for saving working history during the set duration of time of power controlling instructions, the frames included in the first variety, a resource for generating of power controlling for the second variety of the frames transferred via the second communication channel.

EFFECT: simplification of manipulation with amount of processing signals for queuing of transmission frames.
