SUBSTANCE: as the edges with intensifiers can be, for example, holes, ledges, etc. In the lower part of the edges one is established, at least one annular deflector which divides the flow of cooling air on two parts. Part of the air washes the basic surface of edges, and other part goes on the adjusting platform executed in the form of a truncated cone with the cooled device established inside.
EFFECT: simplification of a design of the device and increase of its efficiency by an intensification of heat emission from edges to the coolant flow and the guarantee of a flow with the airflow of the entire heat-transmitting surface without formation of stagnant zones.
