FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: eggs are boiled, shelled and cut; potatoes, apples and tomatoes are cut and blanched; lettuce, green onion and dill are cut and frozen. Skinned fillet of salted herring and salted cucumbers are cut. The said products are mixed up with table salt, calcium acetate and mustard without oxygen access. Produced mixture and mayonnaise are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: extension of facilities and dishes selection for production of new canned food with high digestibility properties up to 22.6·104.
