SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by the following way. Chicken eggs are boiled, peeled and diced. Potatoes, cucumbers, apples and tomatoes are diced and blanched. Lettuce, spring onions and dill greens are cut and frozen. Skinned filleted salt herring is also diced. Thereafter all listed components are mixed up in no-oxygen medium with table salt, calcium acetate and mustard. Then produced mixture is packed up with mayonnaise added. Further tinning and sterilisation follow at specific component ratio.
EFFECT: production of tinned food of improved digestibility.
