FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is produced by meat shredding and cutting; eggs separation into egg white and yolk; parsley cutting and freezing; rice boiling to double-size volume, onion cutting and blanching. Meat, part of onion, egg white, part of parsley, table salt and bitter black pepper are mixed up without oxygen access to produce mincemeat. Meat balls are made by mincemeat forming and breading in wheat flour. The rest of ingredients such as part of onion and parsley, egg yolks, yogurt, wheat flour, melted butter, table salt and bitter black pepper are also mixed up. Produced mixture, meat balls and bone cook water are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
