METHOD FOR ESTIMATING OF SPINE SCOLIOTIC DEFORMATION IN CHILDREN Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B5/103

Abstract RU 2334461 C2

FIELD: medicine, traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: child is positioned in front of screen relative to vertical line of body symmetry and central vertical line of screen symmetry. Line of symmetry passes between joined feet, head is oriented along screen symmetry line. In right and left hands child holds contrastly writing elements, by which he/she draws mechanical trajectory simultaneously with both hands, starting from maximally distant upper point located on vertical line of symmetry, which is available for child with outstretched arms. Direction of movement is downward. Based on obtained form of trajectory curve and its asymmetry, presence and degree of spine scoliotic deformation is estimated.

EFFECT: extended of arsenal of means for estimation of spine scoliotic deformation in children.
