FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: on dermal coverlet of region of layer-by-layer sutured operation wound net of inert material is placed, fixing net to anterior abdominal wall with sutures including in them fascia and aponeurosis, in state of net pull-up. Net length is not less than length of operation wound. Sutures are made symmetrically in chess order every 0.5-1 cm, starting from points located on lines parallel to operation wound and at distance equal 1/4 of operation wound length, on all net surface in lateral directions, first, from one, then, respectively from, other side. During dressing in post-operation period net is dissected in wound projection in longitudinal direction and after wound procession, net is sutured. During first dressing, suture is made on net, which connects net ends, indenting 0.25 cm from net cut symmetrically to the left and to the right. During each next dressing suture is made indenting 0.25 cm in analogous way from previous suture. If more than four net resutures are performed, resuture is made on line of previous suture. Net is removed not earlier than the following day after removal of sutures from layer-by-layer sutured operation wound.
EFFECT: method eliminates tension of tissues without reaction of net rejection.
