FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should dissect preperitoneal fatty fiber and subcutaneous-fatty fiber up to 2 cm along the wound's edge. Aponeurosis should be sutured in with cross-sectional eight-shaped separate sutures by tightening knots at its external surface. Stitches should be crossed where peritoneum is captured, at external surface of combined tissues. A two-lumen drainage sutured butted with absorbable ligature should be applied at aponeurosis near the line of sutures. One should suture in subcutaneous-fatty fiber with detachable eight-shaped vertical compressing cutaneous-subcutaneous-aponeurotic suture. Knots should be tightened so that every previous one is a guide for the next one, it should be tightened after applying the next suture at the background of its adapting vertical traction. Drainages should be removed in postoperational period due to gradual withdrawal into opposite sides. The method enables to decrease the chance for suppuration and prevent the development of coarse scar.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.
