FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for treatment of ankylosis lesions of temporomandibular joint and mandible maldevelopment. Vertical osteotomy of mandibular branch from the middle of mandibular incisure to two horizontal osteotomies of mandibular branch is carried out. Osteotomed free fragment of mandible is removed from wound. Bone conglomerate in region of temporomandibular joint is ablated by carrying out two vertical saw cuts. Arthroplasty of temporomandibular joint is carried out with titanium nickelide endoprosthesis with formation of capsule of temporomandibular joint from allogenic dura mater.
EFFECT: method allows to ensure full operational access, restore function of mandible in full volume.
