FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to surgical stomatology and can be used for treating patients with parodontitis. Under-gingival frame includes plate curved so that to correspond to the form of upper or lower jaw, and elements whereby it is fixed to patient's jaw. All elements of frame are made from polylactide, which represents polymerized mixtures of L-lactic acid and D-lactic acid, with content of D-lactide in mixture from 4 to 50 mol%. Or, alternatively, all its elements are made from mixture of copolymers of lactide and glicolide, with content of glicolide copolymer in it of 6 to 30 mol%.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of parodontitis treatment with simultaneous framing of patient's mobile teeth and formation of new bone tissues of alveolar process, as well as obtaining haemostatic anti-inflammatory osteoplastic and prolonged effect.
