FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: after removal of deep scleral flap, external wall of Schlemm's canal and corneoscleral tissue, photosensibilising gel, which contains 0.5% of chlorine line PS is applied on scleral bed. Superficial scleral flap is placed and held for 1-2 minutes. After that, flap is lifted and remains of gel are removed. Laser irradiation of scleral bed and internal surface of superficial scleral flap by fields with energy density 20 Joule/cm² per one field is performed.
EFFECT: long retention of paths of intraocular liquid outflow, created during anti-glaucoma operation.
