FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmosurgery and can be used for treating glaucoma. A bridle suture is applied on a superior rectus muscle. A conjunctive is incised in parallel to a limb. A conjuctival flap with its base to the limb is separated. A superficial scleral flap is separated to a corneal portion of the limb by 1.0mm into transparent corneal layers with its base to the limb. A retention suture is applied on a flap apex. A deep scleral flap is separated together with an outer wall of a Schlemm canal and a flat corneoscleral tisse and removed. A U-incision of the sclera is made in a distal end from a scleral spur on the periphery of the intrascleral bed with its pedicles not reaching the scleral spur. An endothelial layer of the Schlemm canal with a juxtacanalicular tissue is removed. A microspatula is used to extend intertrabecular slots, and a space between the corneoscleral and uveal trabecules are approached to create thereby a tunnel with a meridian portion of a ciliary muscle to the equatorial side, and passages to the intermuscular slots are opened. A suture needle is inserted into the newly formed space and pricked out at 1.0-6.0mm from the sclera spur that is followed by pricking in and out twice on the periphery of the intrascleral bed, wherein an antiglaucomatous drain tube is placed. Criss-cross sutures are applied with fixing the drain tube simultaneously. Two tight interrupted sutures are applied on the superficial scleral flap.

EFFECT: method provides the stable antihypertensive effect.
