FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method involves rolling at given end rolling temperature Ter and cooling of sheets by water. Good rolled metal output increases due to setting of Ter for carbon steel rolling to the thickness of 30...160 mm in dependence of the resulting sheet thickness h mm by a mathematical relation, with accelerated metal cooling by water descaling system or moderate cooling without mill water descaling system, accompanied by Ter reduction within 0°...50°C.
EFFECT: increased production rate of mill.
