FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes rolling with preset values of relative drafts ε along gates and temperature of rolling end Tkn depending on final thickness h sheets. Crown of sheets reduces since in case of steel "10ХСНД" rolling with h=30...50 mm and width B<2.7 m, value ε is reduced per gate with increase B, and when thickness h+(1.0...1.5) mm is achieved, one-two correcting passes without change of roll space, at that Tkn is accepted in the range of 780°...830°C, increasing temperature in these limits with increase of h; sheets with B=1.4...2.2 m may be rolled in seven passes, accepting at B=1.4...1.8 m value ε=10.9% and at B=1.8...2.2 m ε=10.2%, and sheets with B>2.2 m are rolled in eight passes with ε=9%.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and yield of plate steel hot rolling.
