SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to forming fabric for forming section of paper-making machine. Fabric consists of three layers passing through machine in transverse direction. Wefts of forming layers are grouped in pairs. Doubling of upper wefts results in unequal spaces made in forming (upper) layer. These spaces introduce required irregularity in supporting surface of sheet while concealing diagonal structure of fabric. Wefts of forming layer are shifted in vertical direction from middle wefts and wearing side stacked vertically.
EFFECT: reduction of fabric thickness and pores volume, additional stability in transverse direction of machine.
