SUBSTANCE: fabric has a layer in the transverse direction of the shoot machine. In the upper layer, the shoot are grouped in pairs. Twinning the shoot in the upper layer results in irregular distance between the shoot of the shaping layer. Irregular distance gives the desired irregularity which holds the web of the surface, which reduces the diagonal problem of the fabric. One of the transverse shoot in each pair of the upper layer is grouped vertically with transverse shoot in the middle layer and lower layer. The other transverse shoot in each pair of the upper layer is not grouped. The shoot of the middle layer provides for extra stability in the transverse direction.
EFFECT: increased drainage properties of the fabric.
