FIELD: textile, paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to textile production. Cut-protected textile is made on flat knitting machine by stocking stitch structure interweaving with reinforced two-three filament yarn. Reinforced filament yarn contains core made of single metal corrosion-proof wire with 0.06 - 0.09 mm diameter. Two aramide yarns coil wire in two opposite directions under crossing angle 50°. Vertical knitting density is 34 - 36 loop lines. Superficial density of cut-protected textile is 450 g/m2. Textile package is made on flat knitting machine by stocking stitch structure interweaving and contains three layers. First two layers are cut-protected textile fabric as described above. In addition, first layer contains black polyether yarn. Third layer is made of aramide yarn in combination with polyether or cotton yarn. Superficial density of the first two layers is 450 g/m2, while the third layer is of 250 - 270 g/m2 density. Textile items such as overalls, jacket, vest or gloves are made of textile fabric package.
EFFECT: textile fabric proven to cuts at a rate of no less 500 N and to open fire - no less than 30 sec.
