SUBSTANCE: invention concerns food industry, particularly canned meat and vegetables production. Preserves are produced by green onion and bamboo shoots cutting and freezing, paprika cutting and blanching in vegetable oil, garlic grating and blanching in vegetable oil, rice wine and chicken egg mixing and stirring, pork cutting, soaking in stirred mix, coating with corn flour and frying in vegetable oil, mixing of the listed components with corn flour, acetic acid, yellow sugar, sea salt and white pepper without contact to oxygen, packaging of the obtained mix with vegetable oil, sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: preserves with higher assimilability.
