FIELD: food products manufacturing technique.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting and freezing bunching onion and bamboo shoots, cutting and sautéing paprica in vegetable oil, grating and sautéing garlic in vegetable oil. Sherry and chicken eggs are mixed and beaten. Pork is cut, wetted in the beaten mixture, dredged in starch and fried in vegetable oil. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with corn meal, acetic acid, brown sugar, sea salt and white pepper. The obtained mix and vegetable oil are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
