SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry. Preserved food is cooked by duck fillet cutting, coating with orange jam and frying in vegetable oil, cutting and blanching of mango and onions, cutting and freezing of lettuce, frying of cedar nuts, mixing of mentioned components without oxygen access with cognac, orange juice, acetic acid, table salt, calcium acetate and black bitter pepper, prepared mixture and vegetable oil are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with higher assimilability.
