FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A number of parameters are measured: lung vital capacity, Stange's test, body weight, heart beat frequency, frequency of respiratory movements. Index of respiratory adaptation is calculated by formula: where IRA - index of respiratory adaptation, LVC- lung vital capacity (ml), Stange's test - breath-holding at inspiration height (sec), M - body weight in kg, HBF - heart beat frequency per 1 minute, RMN - number of respiratory movements per 1 minute; if value of IRA is less than 0.17 units, unfavourable outcome of disease is predicted.
EFFECT: ensuring possibility to predict outcome of lung tuberculosis.
