SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports medicine, namely to functional diagnostics, concerns a method for assessing fitness health, which can be used in the process of physical education of young people, with organized and independent fitness classes, physical lessons and sports, as well as with the organization of physical lessons and health activities in fitness - clubs, health centers, medical and physical dispensaries, etc., for persons from 18 to 70 years old. Initially, systolic pressure, body weight, heart rate, vital capacity, dynamometry and strength index are measured. Additionally, the percentage of body fat, the percentage of active cell mass, the percentage of total body water, and basal metabolism are measured. The coefficients of these indicators are determined in the range from 2 to 5 in accordance with the centile intervals and the body composition index is calculated. The time of holding the breath on inspiration is measured and the index of the I.S. Skibinskaya is calculated. Diastolic blood pressure is measured. Pulse blood pressure is determined. The coefficient of endurance is calculated. Physical fitness testing is carried out according to the results of four motor tests, taking into account age and gender, which characterize the degree of development of the main physical qualities and which are included in the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense". After that, for the five obtained control indicators SI, BCI, IS, CM, DR, PhT scores from 2 to 5 are determined. The strength index is scored according to centile intervals. Physical fitness is assessed according to the standards of the stage corresponding to age and gender. The level of fitness health is defined as the average of the sum of the points scored over the five benchmarks.

EFFECT: invention improves the accuracy and objectivity of determining fitness health.
