SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to the rehabilitation of children with respiratory pathology by a non-drug method. Classes are conducted in 2 stages: preparatory and basic. The preparatory stage includes general strengthening physical exercises, exercises for coordination of movements, breathing exercises of a static and dynamic nature on land for 4-5 minutes. Further, gymnastic physical exercises performed on land and in water, corrective exercises, exercises in swimming technique, game elements are carried out. Then, at this stage, the following breathing exercises are performed: with an extended exhalation, with holding the breath while inhaling, diaphragmatic breathing, - for 32-35 minutes. At the end of the stage, individuals slide across the pool, perform stretch exercises, diaphragmatic breathing for 4-5 minutes. The main stage includes general developmental exercises, difficult walking, corrective exercises, sound gymnastics exercises on land for 4-5 minutes. In the pool, exercises with shells, diving, scuba diving for short distances, exercises in swimming technique, sliding on the chest, breaststroke style swimming elements on the chest, dosed swimming at different speeds, game elements are performed. The following breathing exercises are also performed: with prolonged exhalation, with holding the breath while inhaling, diaphragmatic breathing, sound gymnastics exercises, - for 32-35 minutes. Stretching exercises, sonic gymnastics, diaphragmatic breathing are carried out in the water for 4-5 minutes. The preparatory stage consists of 2 lessons, and the main one consists of 7 lessons, one lesson a day, with a total duration of each lesson 40-45 minutes, with a frequency of every other day.

EFFECT: provides a reduction in terms and an increase in the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures.
