FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to medical equipment, namely to needle devices used, for example, in insulin syringes. The needle device has a bush, a tube needle and a holder. The needle has an edge on the distal extremity and is densely fixed in the bush. The needle and the bush can move in a longitudinal direction against each other between the first position where the needle leaves the bush, and the second position where the edge is in the bush. The needle always, at least, partially remains in the bush. The needle is rigidly fastened in a holder near the proximal end of the needle so that the needle and a holder are capable to move constantly together in a longitudinal direction. The needle leaves a holder in such way, that its distal extremity is outside of a holder. The proximal extremity of the bush is in a holder and is mounted with possibility to move in a longitudinal direction against the holder. The bush leaves the holder in such way, that its distal extremity is outside of the holder. The bush is unblocked in the first position, but blocked in the second position. When the needle and the bush are in the first position, the needle pierces a tissue, forming a section, and the bush enters into a section after the tissue is pierced, the operator extends the needle from the tissue, making pulling effort in a proximal direction whereas the bush remains on a place in a tissue under the influence of the pressure created in a radial direction by a tissue surrounding the bush. The device design interferes with bush moving back against the needle after the needle is taken away in the second position and the bush is blocked. In the second design style the catheter introducer is initially located round the bush densely set on it, with a cover entering into a tissue simultaneously with the bush.
EFFECT: creation of effective needle device for introduction of a medicine.
