FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: forming roll wobbler is preliminarily heated with the rate of 50-70°C/hr to the temperature of 180-200°C. Removal of defective areas, pad welding and further thermal treatment is carried out at specified temperature. At that pad welding is performed at current density of 12-28 A/mm2.
EFFECT: increase of cast iron rolls strength.
