SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in coating of cast iron and iron articles. The enamel has the following composition, in wt %: SiO2 - 45-50; Al2O3 - 3-5; Na2O - 1-2; B2O3 - 10-15; TiO2 - 10-15; MgO - 3-5; CaO - 3-5; CaF2 - 2.8-3.8; ZrO2 - 1-2; ZnO - 8-10; As2O3 - 0.1-0.2.
EFFECT: increased impact resistance of enamel.
