FIELD: engines and pumps, electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: transport gas-steam power plant incorporates a reactor with a combustion and evaporation zones, a water feed device, a fuel feed device, an igniter and a gas-steam engine communicating with the reactor. The reactor represents a gas-turbine combustion chamber with the reactor casing forming a space wherein the flame tube and a mixing zones are arranged communicating, via the holes, with the casing space. The flame tube and casing front parts are tight. Water is fed into the casing space to get atomised therein. The mix of the electrolyte aqueous solution and fuel are injected and atomised via a jet with a cavitation device into the flame tube tight front part. The igniter represents the electrodes-catalyzers to fire and extinguish electric arc arranged in the aforesaid front part of the flame tube. One of the electrodes is a movable one, the other one has a taper shape and a taper channel, a combustion zone.

EFFECT: simpler design and higher efficiency.
