FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: plant for solution drying in pseudo-liquid layer, mainly, sorbite, contains drying chamber with gas-distributing lattice and discharge outlet both situated above lattice at equal distance from each other, injectors and rotor arm agitator. To improve operational reliability and drying quality, injectors are installed along evolvent of circle with diameter 0.1...0.14 of chamber diameter. End of evolvent coincides with radius being away from discharge outlet axis by 10...20° of agitator rotation. Agitator consists of at least four blades. Two of them are turned back by 10...15° with regard to gas-distributing lattice plane in order to intensify agitating process in pseudo-liquid layer. Besides, each blade is turned back by 10° around own axis with regard to the previous one. Each injector is centrifugal and contains housing with chamber, where screw with the external threaded groove is located. Besides, bottom of housing is provided with throttling opening. Choke with cylindrical opening is in the top of housing. Threaded opening is available inside screw, and thread direction is opposite or similar to external threaded groove. Agitating chamber is situated under the screw. Agitating chamber consists of cylindrical and tapered parts. Screw is rigidly linked with T-shaped throttle plate, where at least three throttling openings are made in its end cylindrical part. Axial throttling opening is available in axial cylindrical part rigidly connected to end cylindrical part. In addition, hydraulic resistance of throttling openings is selected in dependence on properties of sprayed solution and required rate of dispersion.
