SUBSTANCE: pole orientation of second basic magnet is opposite to pole orientation of first and third basic magnets. Pole orientation of first additional magnet attached to surface of first basic magnet turned to second basic magnet is opposite to pole orientation of first basic magnet. Pole orientation of second additional magnet attached to surface of second basic magnet turned to first basic magnet is opposite to pole orientation of second basic magnet. Pole orientation of third additional magnet attached to surface of second basic magnet turned to third basic magnet is opposite to pole orientation of second basic magnet. Pole orientation of fourth additional magnet attached to surface of third basic magnet turned to second basic magnet is opposite to pole orientation of third basic magnet. First electrode is interspaced between first and second additional magnets, and second electrode is interspaced between third and fourth additional magnets. Surfaces of all magnets turned to out-of-interface measurement zone close by transducer surface are within one plane.
EFFECT: invention provides higher conducting liquid flow velocity measurement accuracy.
