SUBSTANCE: subscriber selects a value-added service by dialling a corresponding target phone number. This target phone number is registered in network element IN of the telecommunication network and transformed into a special value-added service access number. Then a connection between network element IN and value-added service provider is established using the access number. The value-added service provider sends the current tariff for the value-added service requested to the mobile network operator as a new target number for the value-added service requested. This new target number is processed in network element IN and then a connection between the subscriber and the value-added service is established using the target number given and the tariff indicated.
EFFECT: provision of real-time payment for the value-added services via telecommunication network.
