FIELD: communication. SUBSTANCE: claim describes procedure making it possible for first mobile user of telecommunication network in which users are identified by operator of this telecommunication network with the aid of personal identification module to give other users of telecommunication network access to objects. Procedure is distinguished by presence of following stages: redundancy by first user of segment of storage in one accessible system of data base from specified telecommunication network in which assemblage of users as minimum can arrange objects, placement by first user of objects in mentioned segment of storage, assignment by first user of authority for access to mentioned objects, sending of request by second user to system of data base, authorization by system of data base of second user to give him access to objects. Information identifying second user kept in personal identification module is used to identify him in system of data base. Response signal is sent to second user by system of data base if his access to objects is authorized. EFFECT: development of procedure in which users can identify themselves with the help of identifying module that can utilize such identification to check authority of access to various objects of contractors. 47 cl, 1 dwg
