FIELD: food products manufacturing technique.
SUBSTANCE: cucumbers are cut, blanched and minced. Prepared horseradish is blanched and minced. Bunching onion and dill are frozen and minced. Spinage and sorrel are frozen and chopped. Prepared shrimp meat is minced. Kvass is boiled till foaming stops. The above components are mixed with sugar, table salt and CO2 extract of specified micromitset biomass. The obtained mix is packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised producing the desired product.
EFFECT: canned food for space feeding is of higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
