SUBSTANCE: canned food is prepared by horse-radish, a lemon dried peel and cucumbers parboiling and crushing on a meat comminutor, a sorrel and spinage freezing and chopping, green onion and fennel greengrocery freezing and crushing on a meat comminutor, a rockfish fillet crushing on a meat comminutor, kvass boiling, mixing together of the listed components with sugar, salt and a biomass CO2-extract of the set kind of micromicete, packing of the received mix in aluminium tubas, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: canned food has a raised comprehensibility.
