FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: semilunar incision is performed. Boneperiosteomucosal pedicle graft is cut out. While cyst is extracted, permanent tooth germ is retained. Graft is replaced and fixed stitching P-shaped suture from tongue in projection of half height of graft delivered to healthy tissues from cheek at the same level.
EFFECT: method enables to provide eruption and to accelerate tissue regeneration.
