SUBSTANCE: invention concerns dentistry and can be applied for treatment of chronic periodontitis. The therapy involves subperiosteal perforation in a projection of each tooth along mucogingival fold to the right and to the left, as well parallel to the root of each tooth from both sides of gingival papillae. The postoperative period involves prescribed lincomycin within 7 days, Trental internally within 5 days and chlorhexidine irrigations of oral cavity.
EFFECT: method allows reducing injuries and time of treatment with initiating vascular growth.
