FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes orientation of continuous reinforcing fibres, heating of prepared twisted strip, impregnation of twisted strip with polymer binding agent, formation of article profile by means of twisted strip broach through heated draw plate. Then transverse-longitudinal winding, hardening and extraction of finished article are carried out. Application of binding agent on twisted strip is carried out in fluidised condition. Binding agent additionally contains tri-phenyl ether of phosphoric acid in amount of 5-10 wt parts per 100 wt parts of binding agents. Impregnation of twisted strip is carried out in the process of article profile molding at the melt temperature of binding agent.
EFFECT: reduction of operations amount; simplification of device design and increase of rods mechanical strength.
