FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of rod from composite material. Polymerisation chambers are grouped according to stages of binder state variation from liquid to solid with allowance for possibility of varying the number of chambers in a group and distance between them. Said chambers are connected by waveguides and supplied by, at least, one microwave radiation source. Every group of chambers is provided with exhaust ventilation and, in compliance with the number of microwave-radiation sources, it incorporates absorbing appliances. Diaphragm is arranged in microwave-lucent opening of said appliance. Tube with belt conveyor passes through all chambers. Said chambers are made from microwave-lucent material.
EFFECT: reduced thermo treatment cycle and power losses, production of poreless article.
