SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for the preparation of solid waste for processing, in particular to a disk ripper for tearing bags and bags (hereinafter referred to as bags) with waste before their separation at the beginning of the sorting process. Disk ripper for the bags holding solid household waste contains a frame on which two rotating disks with wedge-shaped blades are fixed and a container having a U-shaped cross section and a lower mesh part, a vertical loading unit for packages with solid household waste located at the beginning of the said container, a horizontal unloading unit for solid household waste located at the end of the indicated container. The container is made with the possibility of reciprocating movement, and the rotating disks are located on the sides in the openings of the lower mesh part of the container at an angle to the vertical axis and are made with the possibility of separate reciprocating movement along their central axes located at an angle to the vertical axis.
