FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of protection against oxidation bipolar plates of fuel elements and current collectors of electrolytic cells with solid polymer electrolyte (TPE), involving preliminary processing of metal substrate applied on treated metal substrate of electroconductive coating of noble metals by magnetron-ion depositing. Method is characterised by that is applied on the treated substrate electroconductive coating layer with fixation of each layer pulse implantation of oxygen ions or inert gas.
EFFECT: technical result is production of stable coating with service life, in 4 times exceeding the obtained at the prototype, and preserving current-conducting properties.
