ROTOR TYPE HYDRO HEAT GENERATOR Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC F24J3/00

Abstract RU 2336471 C1

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: hydro heat generator of rotor type is referred to heat engineering and particularly to liquids heating devices and intended for heat and hot water supply to structures of industrial and domestic purposes and process liquids heating incase natural or process liquid flows are available, which move at altitude difference or mainline overpressure. Hydro heat generator consists of fixed cylindrical housing with openings for inlet and outlet channels and cylindrical hollow. Rotor in the shape of disk with blind holes is installed inside the said cylindrical hollow with clearance and fixed on shaft so that it can be rotated. Blind holes are located at periphery of rotor ends in circuit arrangement. Hollows are available on cylindrical surface of the disk. Hydro heat generator is not provided with drive operating directly on irretrievable sources of energy. In addition it is provided with the second fixed cylindrical housing. Rotor in the shape of bladed turbine wheel is installed in cylindrical hollow of the said housing. Cylindrical hollows of fixed housings are not interconnected hydraulically. Inlet nozzle of the first housing is represented with spray injector and located tangentially with regard to its cylindrical surface. Both rotors are installed on independent shafts connected between each other and with electric generator shaft with clutch couplings.

EFFECT: effective heating and hot water supply to structures of industrial and domestic purposes.
