SUBSTANCE: information transmission and reception system (ITRS) contains sequentially functionally related heterogeneous sources of information, compression unit (including combinational unit) for binary digital streams (BDS), high-frequency signal modulator with carrier generator, transmitter, receiver, high-frequency signal demodulator, unit for decompression of digital stream into BDS, information consumers and if necessary, formatting and multiple access units (e.g. with code division), at that, compression unit is made with possibility to execute compression during orderly, in one stroke reading of BDS binary digits and their conversion into the stream of M_n-characters, and decompression unit is made with possibility of one-stroke conversion in its processor the stream of M_n-characters into BDSs presented orderly, just as during reading to consumers.

EFFECT: enhancement of frequency resource usage efficiency.
