FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates telecommunications and can be used as data receipt and transmission method via digital connection. On the transmitting site data sources, if required, sector, compression binary transfer rates (BTR) in massage block and in conversion system converse them in signal flow and on receiving site inversely converse signal flow in flow of compressed BTR, decompress them in decompression block, sector if required and deliver to information users. When needed on receiving site signal flows of other data sources groups are summed up and on receiving site they are divided in multi-access blocks, collating at that in interpolator block processor, simultaneously at heartbeat binary digits of BTR are read and conversed in flow of Mn-like symbols, and in decompaction block at heartbeat flow of Mn-like symbols is conversed in BTR, delivered collation to the data users.
EFFECT: effectiveness improvement of frequency recourse usage.
