FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production. Method of manufacturing concentrated fodder based on soybean seeds involves crushing soybean, cooking it in a steamer, following cooling down of the cooked stock to the saccharification temperature (58-60°C). Then the stock is saccharified by ferments during 20-30 minutes, cooled down to the temperature of 28-30°C, enriched with yeast and fermented during 48-64 hours. Soybean wash is distilled with removal of raw spirit and production of soybean vinasse which is dried under the temperature of 98-100°C up to dry substances content 90-95% of the volume. The dried soybean concentrate is crushed, enriched with vitamins and mineral substances, mixed into homogeneous stock and packed into bags. Protein content in the soybean vinasse is increased by 7-10%, i.e. nutritional value of the soybean vinasse is increased, its antinutritional substances are completely inactivated.
EFFECT: increasing nutritional value of the soybean vinasse.
