FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing polysaccharide raw to microbiological conversion by its milling and homogenization in the dispersing device in the presence of derivatives of polyphosphoric acid soluble in nutrient medium of the general formula HO-[PO3X]n-PO3X2 where X is alkaline metal, hydrogen atom, ammonium ion or aliphatic radical and n ≥ 1. In preferable variant rotary-pulsating device of S-emulsifier type is used as dispersing device. Method provides decrease of treatment temperature of polysaccharide raw, decreased consumption of liquefying and saccharifying enzymes, reduction of process time of microbiological conversion, increased yield of end products, improved consumers' quality of end products.
