FIELD: food products manufacturing technique.
SUBSTANCE: method involves boiling beans up to 150% increase in mass, grating and frying it in melted butter, blanching and grating garlic, cutting, sauteing in melted butter and mincing ginger, freezing and mincing lettuce and bunching onion, cutting and mincing pork. The above components are mixed with drinking water, table salt and CO2-extracts of red hot pepper and allspice. The obtained mix is packed in aluminium tubes, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: canned food for space feeding is of higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
